I got an early Christmas gift. I never expect to receive one this early.. the earliest ever. Last week I had just complained to my friend that it is so much trouble to along bring my iPhone cable with me to work all the time and bring it back daily. iPhone battery gets flat faster than any other phone I used before because I listen to my songs, surf often and play games on it. And guess what I got as an early gift? A cool alesis JamDock practice Dock for iPod/iPhone! I now place it on the office desk and I don’t have to bring the iPhone charger cable with me because I just need to dock the iPhone on it each morning. Great and convenient too. If you are an entertainer like a clown, magician or musician, you can even connect this product to your amplifier and play your favourite tunes/complements via your iPod for your gigs or shows. I have seen a clown doing magic shows and plays background music this way.

I am on a hunt for toys. For nieces, nephews and kids of my friends. Wherever I go, there seemed to be so many types of toys that require batteries. It seemed that all of the toys in the toyshop are animated or need some kind of battery. How expensive they are. From babydolls to fluffy doggies and lighted up bouncy balls, all of them required batteries. And what is peculiar about them? Upon purchase, batteries are always not included. Can’t they just make these toys play-ready? It doesn’t make sense to break up the packaging of a battery operated toy and fit required batteries in them as gifts. It doesn’t seem like it is new anymore. And I know many just do not appreciate having to look high and low for screwdrivers to fit batteries in them…

Exactly what the title of the post, I do wonder if one can get longer eyelashes. At all. I’m not talking about the fake eyelashes we attach to extend the lashes during photoshoots. Oh those are just horrible… I had that done in my wedding photoshoot as well as wedding dinner, some donkey years back… And there are those tv shows that are so funny about fake eyelashes that drop at the wrong time! Lately I see so many teen and ladies older putting on fake lashes like it’s normal make up accessories. The Koreans do it and they have so many products for young people wanting to look good. The Japanese make up accessories are just as good. But what is mostly on my mind is that can we actually find eyelash growth productsin the market so that we can really get a natural and longer eyelashes that don’t cost the earth and won’t drop either. Anyone heard of a product like that? It would be wonderful for those who have very short lashes… and it will definitely be a cash cow!

Almost a month to Christmas. I’ve done my spring cleaning… well almost done. Just need to dress up the house a little and add some finishing touches. Luckily I got myself a two step stool because there were times when I needed to reach for those hard to reach places like on the top of the cabinet and the tall ladder is just too clumsy for me to use. I also might like to get some new fresh room scent for the rooms… Something floral for the rooms and something cool and fresh for the living room. And not to forget to get new flowers too.. No fresh ones till Christmas Day itself. I’m getting some nice poinsettas to coincide with the Christmas season. And I can smell bakes already… oh goody goody.

I’m so excited. I’m getting a new mattress! It is the time for lots of sale and they have the firm mattress that I’ve always wanted to get! I don’t like those that are soft because I do not have a good back. I need something that supports my spine and this one that I had been waiting for the past year is finally on sale. At a very good discount! I can now unwrap my freshly washed Sferra sheets that was kept in the closet for the past two weeks! I just can’t wait. There is nothing better that freshly washed new sheets on a new bed… My lucky year indeed. I’ll be sleeping like a baby soon.. No more bad backs, no more aching backs!! Oh, did I just forget to mention that I also have new pillows just as well? How about yourself? Fancy getting anything new before the year 2011 is up…

Christmas is in town. I can see it (everywhere the decors are there!), I can smell it (they started selling cookies, x’mas cakes, log cakes, and they are giving away samples and samples of yummy succulent turkey, honey bake hams, stollens and more goodies… yum! and of course I can hear it too… the lovely Christmas songs in the air, on the radio and people humming tunes too!
I am hoping to get a new tree. First, I need to go shopping, of course. And I want to bake! It will be a Christmas I don’t want to forget… I’ve had a much much watered down Christmas in the past two years, but this year, I feel lucky! Father Christmas, you have heard me. Thank you…

Spypapa is planning for a short holiday in December. He wants to play golf with some of his old buddies that he hasn’t seen for the past year. For me, I probably won’t bore myself standing in the hot sweltering sun while he hits his 9-hole. I will go with the ladies for some good spa session. I know he will want that after a day at the golf course.. Well, he is sometimes a lazy person, the reason why I say this, he is already getting himself handy with a golf garmin, one of those handheld gps system for golfers. Yes, Golf has also become advance technologically… very different from the old days where you don’t even know much about the golf course mapping. I guess this gps does make sense and provides golfers a more enjoyable game not having to walk aimlessly in a big golf course. This is Golf, this is New Golf of the current.
